Day Five: Free Rice - a day of service learning

Objectives:

• You will build vocabulary.
• You will recognize the mechanics of grammar.

On the Free Rice website you will review vocabulary and grammar.  You will also get to give food to hungry people.  We will put on hearts of compassion.  In that spirit, we will have a canned food drive to help hungry people in Atlanta.

Day Seven: Past Tense of Irregular Verbs

You will recognize grammar mechanics. In the past tense, we talk about events in the past (yesterday, last week, etc.) Many past tense verbs are irregular. You must memorize them. These games will help you to continue to build vocabulary. You will work in pairs. Match the each word with the past tense form.
